Stand rental
The following are included in the stand rent:
- Online exhibitor profile in the Exhibitor Catalogue on the expo's website
- Invitations to your customers and networks in Danish and English
- Access to the expo's press release page
- Participation in the expo's Kick-off meeting
- Marketing material prior to the expo
- Stand number on your stand
- Partitions against neighboring stands and sign fascias to open sides. Both are painted in fashion white. If you want a different color, it can be delivered at extra cost - see more in the fair shop
- Daily cleaning. The cleaning includes dusting of furniture, emptying of waste baskets and washing or vacuuming of floor area.
PLEASE NOTE: Daily cleaning does NOT include exhibits and back rooms.
Stands with four open sides
Wall panels and sign fascia will not be provided for stands with four open sides. This can, however, be delivered at an additional charge.
Wall panels of 3 meters or more
If you order wall panels with a length of 3 m or more, please notice that it will be necessary to use perpendicular supporting walls to secure the stability of the wall panels. Learn more under stand construction in the fairshop

Liability and Insurance
All equipment and fixtures rented or borrowed through MCH A/S are kept insured by MCH A/S.
The exhibitor's own equipment, equipment and goods are usually not insured during transport to and from the fair as well as during the fair. We therefore recommend exhibitors to take out insurance on transport and exhibition iterms - covering fire, theft, water damage, etc.
We recommend that you contact your own insurance company, if you have any questions about insurance.
