HI are launching a strong marketing campaign to attract the right visitors – and you can help strengthen the effort.
Use your own channels to promote your participation and get even more out of the event. Share it with your customers and network through your website, newsletters, social media, and printed materials.

We have created a free 'marketing package' in Danish and English – simple and straightforward.

WE PROVIDE A VARIETY OF MARKETING MATERIALS - FREE OF CHARGE:

• MCH365: Company profile, products, activities, who you can meet at the booth, etc.

• Logo package
• Visit-us-at-stand banners: For use in, for example, email signatures, social media, advertisements, and letters
• Electronic invitations: Invite your network

Photography

Photographing of stands and products is ONLY permitted with the agreement of the exhibitor.

Announcements

No announcements will be made over the public address system in the halls during the trade fair’s opening hours. Therefore, we urge all exhibitors to arrange time and place of meetings beforehand and activities on the stand made visible on MCH365.

HANDING OUT MATERIALS IN THE HALLWAYYS

Brochures or other materials are not allowed to be handed out around the halls in MCH Messecenter Herning. All distribution must take place from the stands.
