Your stand must be emptied of all items that do not belong to MCH Messecenter Herning, no later than Monday 6 October at 16.00

Material that have not been removed within the deadline, will be removed on the exhibitor’s expense and risk.
NB. The power will be turned off under dismantling – Thursday 2 October at 20.00.

All products and exhibit materials must be removed from the stand at Monday 6 October at 17:00 at the latest - unless a special arrangement is made with Fie Degn Larsen.

It is our wish that all guests have the same good experience at the expo – the first as well as the last. Therefore we kindly ask all exhibitors to respect the opening hours and not begin the dismantling before 16.00 on Thursday.
All vehicles must use the line-up-area to access the trade fair halls regarding the dismantling.
Access the line-up-area through:
No exhibition objects may be removed from the stand before the exhibition ends on Thursday 2 October at 16:00, unless you have obtained a written permit issued by the trade fair management.
All products and exhibitions objects must be removed from the stand no later than Monday 6 October 16:00 - unless a special agreement has been made with Fie Degn Larsen.
Items that have not been removed within the deadline will be removed without further notice at the exhibitor's expense and risk.
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with the rules laid down by relevant legislation and/or laid down by the trade fair organisers and authorities e.g. SKAT (Danish Tax Authorities), Fire Department, Food Administration, Danish Working Environment Authority, etc. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to inform constructing partners or other partners about applicable rules. MCH has a right to appeal in case of deviations, which, according to MCH's specific assessment, may lead to expulsion.
