This puts us in the best position to guide the ambulance quickly and safely to the nearest gate and location - saving vital minutes.
FIRE REGULATIONS
The exhibitor is obliged to follow all recommendations of the fire authorities. The following rules should therefore be strictly observed:
- It is not allowed to exceed the rented stand area, as the aisles are escape routes
- It is not allowed to obstruct exits, fire cabinets, fire-fighting equipment and the view of fire signs and exits
- Signs, banners, etc. may not be hung or projected over corridors or open areas
- No explosive substances may be present on the stand. Petrol, gas, pressurised cylinders, open flames, etc. may only be used to the extent authorised by the fire authorities
- Plastic materials may only be used to a limited extent
- All banner material must be made of fire-approved material
- Cellular plastic may not be used in connection with stand construction
- Vehicles in the halls may have a maximum of 5 litres of petrol/fuel in the tank
- When exhibiting gas-powered vehicles indoors, a special permit must be obtained. Please contact Operations Manager, Rune Noesgaard
- There may be fire cabinets on stands. The location of these will be shown on the sketch plan, which will be sent with the contract. There must be at least one metre of free passage in front of the fire cabinets.
- For 1st floor structures over 15 m2, sprinkling must be taken into account
Approval must be obtained from Technical Services - It is not legal to have lit candles on the stand
If you want an exemption from the fire regulations, a written application can be submitted through Technical Services.
