Extended working hours before official construction
If you wish to commence constructing your stand sooner than the official construction period, please contact supervisor Kim Lauridsen. The same applies, if you wish to extend your dismantling period after the expo. Please note that in both cases, our service functions will not necessarily be fully staffed.
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with the rules laid down by relevant legislation and/or laid down by the expo organisers and authorities e.g. SKAT (Danish Tax Authorities), Fire Department, Food Administration, Danish Working Environment Authority, etc. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to inform constructing partners or other partners about applicable rules. MCH has a right to appeal in case of deviations, which, according to MCH's specific assessment, may lead to expulsion.
The exhibitor must also comply with the MCH Code of Conduct, which can be read here:
The stand will be constructed as shown on your stand sketch, which can be downloaded via the link at the top of this site.
At the stand sketch you mark the technical installations, you wish to purchase etc. Please state the name, address and phone number of the architect or decorator, who are responsible for the construction of the stand.
Other technical orders must be ordered in the expo shop.
All MCH's indoor areas are provided with free wireless internet access. There are two networks. The difference between those two networks is the speed. Exhibitors can achieve a higher speed by logging in.
Network for visitors - does not require login
Network for exhibitors - requires login
Exhibitors’ wireless network provides speed up to 8 Mbit. Internet access with higher speed as well as wired internet connection can be ordered in our expo shop.
Login to the display network is:
During the expo, exhibitor login can be obtained at the Organiser's Office or in the Technical Service Center. Login is only valid during hi Tech & Industry Scandinavia.
If you are using foreign companies/staff to the construction of your stand, please remember to remind the foreign companies/staff to register in "RUT – The Register of Foreign Service Providers".
The Register of Foreign Service Providers (RUT) is the Danish government's official register to report a foreign service. Foreign service providers (employees and self-employed) working in Denmark must register in RUT.
In proportion to the exhibition, RUT must be completed, if you use foreign labor to construct your stand. The exhibitor, construction company or private person for whom the work is carried out that must be stated in RUT as the employer in connection with the notification (and not MCH A/S).
MCH does hereby notify that MCH has no obligations in this aspect. The link below goes to the website of The Danish Working Environment Authority (WEA) about RUT.
