The Danish fire authorities have streamlined the regulations for all trade show venues in Denmark with the result that the same set of regulations must now be complied with throughout the country. Herning Kommunale Beredskab municipal emergency services therefore requires MCH Messecenter Herning to comply with the following regulations with regard to open fires/naked flames on display stands.

Handheld fire extinguishers must be in compliance with the Danish Working Environment Authority’s Executive Order no. 743 of 23 September 1999 concerning the manufacture of pressure equipment that implements European Parliament and Council of Europe directive no. 97/23/EF.

If a situation arises in which an ambulance is needed or an ambulance is already called, please make sure that MCH staff is promptly notified - or contact the main number: +45 99 26 99 26. Then we have the best conditions for guiding the ambulance as quickly and safely as possible from the gates to the hall.
