Your stand must be emptied of all items that do not belong to MCH Messecenter Herning, no later than Monday 11 October at 05.00 p.m.

Material that have not been removed within the deadline, will be removed on the exhibitor’s expense and risk.
NB. The power will be turned off under dismantling – Thursday 7 October at 8:30 p.m.

16:30: Dismantling may begin
16:30: Sand Spedition brings out empty packaing to the halls from 16:30.
17:15: Drivers must be in the vehicles that wait in line-up
17:30: Access to the halls starts from the line-up
20:30: Air, water, drains and electricity supply to the stands are interrupted
22:00: Dismantling closes
Do not start degradation before 16.30 Thursday 7 October on the last opening day of the expo.
Access cards must be brought along and displayed on request for all of the above periods.
External helpers only have access to the expo 16:30 and only on presentation of a valid working identity badge.
Extended working hours before official construction
If you wish to commence constructing your stand sooner than the official construction period, please contact supervisor Kim Lauridsen. The same applies, if you wish to extend your dismantling period after the expo. Please note that in both cases, our service functions will not necessarily be fully staffed.
All vehicles must use the line-up-area to access the expo halls regarding the dismantling.

No exhibition objects may be removed from the stand before the exhibition ends on Thursday 7 October at 4:30 p.m, unless you have obtained a written permit issued by the expo management.
All products and exhibitions objects must be removed from the stand no later than Monday 11 October 7:00 p.m. - unless a special agreement has been made with Kim Lauridsen.
Items that have not been removed within the deadline will be removed without further notice at the exhibitor's expense and risk.
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with the rules laid down by relevant legislation and/or laid down by the expo organisers and authorities e.g. SKAT (Danish Tax Authorities), Fire Department, Food Administration, Danish Working Environment Authority, etc. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to inform constructing partners or other partners about applicable rules. MCH has a right to appeal in case of deviations, which, according to MCH's specific assessment, may lead to expulsion.
